About Me
My name is Terri Armendariz. I’ve been teaching for 13 years. My first 3 years were spent in Pasadena ISD at Pearl Hall Elementary where I taught 4th grade ESL. I had a really good time with the kids there. After that, I moved on to Deepwater Jr High for 9 years! While there I taught Language Arts, Technology Applications, Theatre Arts, and Digital Communications. Deepwater was such a wonderful school to work at. The teachers there are great, but after 9 years, I needed to make a decision. I have two children: Elena - 6 and Danny 5. They are the loves of my life! Nothing would make me happier than being able to teach at the same place where they went to school. As luck would have it, that opportunity came up the summer of 2007 when the computer lab teacher position became available. I’m so incredibly excited to be here at Carpenter Elementary! This really is a wonderful school to work at and I hope I’m still here for many years to come!
