What a GREAT Study Tool!
That’s right, you already have a great study tool, vocabulary cards! Just look over them each day and your brain will have a super boost. This is a great way to learn any information. You can use these cards alone or with a friend. Try playing a game with them:
* place them “word” up and see if you can say the definition
* place them “definition” up and see if you know the word
* time yourself and see how long it takes you to complete 10 cards - see if you can go through them faster
* place cards you know really well in one stack - place the other cards you don’t as well in another stack (try to get the stack of words you don’t know as well to be less and less)

Voc. card are awsome to use in scoool because you can remember it easily

I like vocabulary-cards, because they help you with math words that you don’t know well.:)

Mrs. Spence you know those vocabulary cards that you told us to take home everyday and study them for the TAKS test well i’ve been studying them every night at home and you’re an awsome teacher Mrs. Spence. Those vocabulary cards rock and they’re awsome at the same time. Those vocabulary cards really are going to help us for the TAKS test next week on Tuseday April 8, 2008.

The vocabulary card have helped alot but when we first made the ones we had to go around the room and write them down I wasnt so great at that.
Lauren was my partner and she would ask me the easiest ones and laughed at me when I would get them wrong!!
