Today we read a book, A Cloak for the Dreamer by Aileen Friedman. After reading this amazing book we decided to take our lessons a step farther. We’ve combined our basic geometric shapes to make tessellations. Look at the creative designs that were made today!

i thought doing the tesselations was cool because we can learn things when you’re having fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had alot of fun making these things. I made a blue & red rocketship out of trapizoids & rhombuses. See you Monday.

Tessilations are soooooooooooooooo cooooooooooool! i made an object including hexigons and trapizoids!
