Mrs.Crouch’s Blog

Our kindergarten students participate in the Writer’s Workshop curriculumn.  Our class recently finished another “small moment” writing.  We have spend several weeks sketching, writing, editing and publishing our stories to share with others.  We finally completed our stories and invited fourth graders to listen to us read.  It was fun to read to the older students and talk about the writings.

Our class took a virtual airplane trip to Washington D.C. using Google Earth.  We visited the Lincoln Memorial, Washingtgon Monument and the White House.  We took pictures with our cameras.  We stopped at Disney World on the way back to the school.  We made a scrapbook and wrote about things we learned on our trip.
