Hi, my name is Ms. Brock. I am your child’s fifth grade LA teacher this year. I will be teaching your child reading, writing, spelling, and language. As some of you know, I have taught fourth grade writing for the past 3-4 years here at SJE. I have been a teacher for the past 22 years teaching language arts. I have taught second, third, fourth, and now its time for fifth grade:) I am very excited to be your child’s teacher and look forward to getting to know you and your child this year. I like change and am passionate in what I do, so therefore I change grade levels, subjects, or schools periodically. It helps to keep me motivated and excited to learn and experience new things. I believe that we should learn new things everyday. Teaching and learning never end.

If you read the Big Top Fifth Grade Readers page, please note all the prizes to be rewarded for students reading books. I would deeply appreciate any donations you could give that is on the list. Please contact me via email and I could let you know what I am in most need of…Right now everything:) Walmart did have several, if not all ,of the items on the list.
