			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>1.  I think that by giving students projects that they can related to or that they are interested in will help them become more self-directed.  By allowing them some control over the final product it helps them become more involved in learning.</p>
<p>2.  I can support the diverse needs of learns by trying to make lesson be geared toward the multiple intellegences, and not stick to the teacher lecture format.  The biggest way I can support learns is to try not to become static in my teaching method.</p>
